BUDGETARY IMPACT:
Appropration of funds in the amount of $45,000.00 for the Child Advocacy Center d/b/a Estrella's house in the amount of $45,000.00.
Monies are to be unreserved from acct #9-1100-250-10-000-002-0-000 "Reserved F/B-Economic Development" by Auditor's office with a balance of $30,901.14 as of 7-31-09.
Additional funding (revenues) received from State Comptroller's office in the amount of $58,849.37 on 7-22-09 recorded in acct #9-1100-363-00-000-000-0-000 "Gen Fund-Escheats", receipt #130402 to be used for purposes of Economic Development.
