BACKGROUND
FY 09 Jag funds will cover salaries, fringe benefits, and other allowances (Bailiff and Court Coordinator - Auxiliary Court) for approximately 12.8 months (November 2009 - December 2010).
The award should be signed by the authorized recipient official (County Judge). The authorized recipient official should also initial each page of Special Conditions. Both the Award document and special conditions should be sent to the Office of Justice Programs Control Desk via email (acceptance@usdoj.gov) or by fax to 202-354-4081 or 866-388-3055.
Award# 2009-DJ-BX-0565 Grant Period 10/1/08 thru 9/30/12.
