Approval of a "Sole Source Declaration" with authority to purchase and enter into a 12-month renewal maintenance and support services agreement with Weidenhammer Systems Corp. as required by the Auditor's Office in the amount of $36,156.00 for the year - effective: 01/01/10 - 12/31/10 including the signing of required documents by County Judge or Court Member.
