1. Hold Public Hearing to consider public comments on a proposed amendment on a proposed amendment for Pct. # 1 concerning recaptured and/or forfeited CDBG funds from the City of Edcouch's Program Years 2005 & 2006 in the total amount of $ 10,840.70.
2. Consideration and Approval of an amendment to the Pct. # 1 CDBG workplan for recaptured and/or forfeited funds
To amend the following line item:
2005 Water / Sewer Improvement (Edcouch) to include the installation of a 350 LF Water line
To increase the following line item:
2006 Water / Sewer Improvements (Edcouch) $10,840.70
BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 is requesting approval of the Budget / Program Amendment for Year 18 (2005) & Year 19 (2006). A public hearing was held on January 1, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. and citizen participation requirements have been met. See attached detailed amendment
