B.  Request approval of Change Order No. 5 on the Contract with Ballenger Construction Company for the Construction of Mission Levee Improvement Project-Banker Weir to Inspiration Rd. (3.74 miles).

C.  Request approval of payment of Invoices to L&G Engineering for professional engineering services in relation to the following DHS Segments:

D. Request approval to process manual checks to L&G Engineering on the above mentioned projects pending the approval of the County Auditor and pending the electronic transfer of funds from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
