Requesting approval of a Budget & Program Amendment for City of Palmhurst to the existing work plan for Urban County Program Year 18 (2005).
BACKGROUND
The proposed amendment for City of Palmhurst will delete and add an activity to the approved work plan. A Public Hearing was held on November 16, 2009 at 6:00 P.M., and citizen participation requirements have been met. See attached detailed amendment.
The proposed City of Palmhurst Year 18 (2005) Amendment will:
* delete the Removal of Architectural Barriers activity and transfer funds into the Street Improvement line item.
* increase the Street Improvements activity and add to the workplan: Purchase and installation of street lights at Grovewood Estates Subdivision, James Allen Subdivision and Evie Subdivision to include expenses for all related appurtenances.
The proposed City of Palmhurst Year 18 (2005) Amendment will:
