(highest ranked firm), in the amount of $28,900.00 for the Urban County Program Year 21 (2008) & Year 22 (2009) Street Improvements in the City of Palmview (Precinct No.3 area).

City of Palmview has negotiated a contract with S&B Infrastructure, LTD. in the amount of $28,900.00 for the UCP Year 21 (2008) & Year 22 (2009) street improvements project. Negotiations with S& B Infrastructure, LTD. was approved in Hidalgo County Commissioners’ Court on October 27, 2009. See attached proposal and scope of services.
