CAPTION
The City of Alamo is requesting approval of a Budget & Program Amendment for Fiscal Year 18 (2005) of Urban County Program Funds. The Budget & Program Amendment for Year 18 (2005) will create a Parks, Recreational Facility line item for the continued development of the Alamo Sports Complex Phase II included in the program year 17 (2004) work plan.
BACKGROUND
The amendment will decrease the Neighborhood Facility line item surplus funds in the amount of $171.84, the Water/Sewer line item in the amount of $131,921.66 deleting the installation of sanitary sewer lines to Lopez subdivision and Veronica Ann Subdivision and the Street Improvements line item in the amount of $50,000.00, deleting the construction of Veronica Ann Subdivision. Both of these projects have been included in the forthcoming Fiscal Year 20 (2007) workplan. A Public hearing was held on December 19, 2006 during a city council meeting and thereafter the Budget & Program Amendment was approved. (See attached B&P Amendment Public Notice).
