Requesting approval of a "modification" to AI-14736 approved by Commissioners Court on 3-31-09 for the purposes of replacing the phrase "change order" to Additional Scope of Work (required by the City of Edinburg in order to obtain occupancy permit for retrofitted Elections Warehouse, fka, Mechanic Shop at Robert's Chev. Site) inasmuch as no AIA documents or contracts were utilized but rather evidenced by and processed through a Purchase Order and thus addressing the concern and request by the County Auditor to draft and execute a Change Order #1.
