BACKGROUND
This Resolution is required by TDRA due to the funding authorized for Hidalgo County for the two (2) TDRA Grants. The Resolution designates certain authorized bonded signatories for the DRS and the Colonia Construction Grant - Texas Department of Rural Affairs - Texas Community Development Block Grant Program.
