The Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract with Alcocer Garcia Associates, Inc. in the amount of $42,540.00 utilizing Year 21 (2008) funds for a Parks, Recreational Facility Project for the Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 Sunset/Sunrise Park.
BACKGROUND
Alcocer Garcia Associates, Inc., has submitted a best and final offer for professional architectural services for the construction of park shelters, restroom facility, with equipment storage room and concession area, sidewalks and solar lighting at the Sunrise/Sunset Park within the Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 boundaries. Alcocer Garcia Associates, Inc., was the highest rated firm by Commissioner's Court. Contract approval in the amount of $42,540.00 is being requested. See attached scope of services.
