3. Request approval ofappropriation of funds for the attached TB Prevention & Control - Federal Contract Budget.

4. Approval to create one (1) regular full-time TB Medical Records Clerk position, slot no. G012, budgeted salary $24,996.00.

5. Approval to delete one (1) regular full-time Registered Nurse position, slot no. G001, budgeted salary $40,240.00.

6. Approval of salary schedule for the period 01/01/2010 to 12/31/2010 (Account # 0-1293-441-00-340-011-0).
