The Urban County Program requests approval of an amendment to the Subrecipient Agreement with Open Hands Community Charitable Services (Public Services) in the total amount of $30,000.00 for the Urban County Program Year 22 (2009).
BACKGROUND
Additional funding will be utilized for the reimbursement of the purchase of food for distribution to residents from the City of Donna. The amended agreement shall be effective on January 12, 2010 and terminate on May 31, 2009. (See the attached exhibits)
