BACKGROUND
Clarification required in order to determine the responsibilities of the contracted vendor for their consulting services and Hidalgo County's required responsibilities and obligations in acquiring the printing of materials (flyers, posters, reports, etc), equip rental, supplies,advertising and other items related to town hall meetings that were budgeted separately in the EDA budget.
