The Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract with TEDSI Engineering in the amount of $24,000.00 utilizing Year 22 (2009) funds for a Street Improvements Project for the Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 Saenz Street (also known as Mile 2 2/3).
BACKGROUND
TEDSI Engineering has submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services for the construction of Saenz Street located within the Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 boundaries. TEDSI Engineering, was the highest rated firm by Commissioner's Court. Contract approval in the amount of $24,000.00 is being requested. See attached scope of services.
