a. Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under the Texas Local Government Code, Section 262.024 (A) (4) a professional service/engineering services-multiple contracts to address numerous projects;

Presentation of scoring grid (for the purposes of ranking by CC) of the firms graded & evaluated through the County's approved "pool" of engineers in connection with the need for multiple (2) professional engineering services contracts required for numerous Precinct No _4__ Paved/Unpaved Road Projects on an as needed basis;
