Consideration and approval to submit a request to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to withdraw the County's proposed amendment for Section 108 Loan Number B-98-UC-48-0501.
BACKGROUND
The Urban County Program has identified locally held CDBG funds that have been re-allocated to meet the objectives that were the subject of the proposed amendment. Therefore, the UCP is requesting that the proposed amendment be withdrawn from consideration for approval. The UCP will further seek guidance from HUD as to the disposition of these loan funds.
