Pursuant to provisions under various current engineering services contracts, approval of the following Supplemental Agreements:
A. Supplemental Agreement # 3 under contract #C-CAP-08-028-10-28-effective 10-10-08 between Hidalgo County and TEDSI Infrastructure extending the completion of all phases of improvements in Hidalgo County Colonias approved by the State of Texas under the Third Call of Proposition Three funding;
B. Supplemental Agreement # 1 under contract #C-CAP-09-003-01-20-effective 2-03-09 between Hidalgo County and Izaguirre Engineering Group, LLC extending the completion of all phases of improvements in Hidalgo County Colonias approved by the State of Texas under the Third Call of Proposition Three funding;
C. Supplemental Agreement # 1 under contract #C-CAP-09-004-02-17-effective 2-17-09 between Hidalgo County and Rodriguez Engineering extending the completion of all phases of improvements in Hidalgo County Colonias approved by the State of Texas under the Third Call of Proposition Three funding.
