A.  Recommending approval of the sixty (60) grace period extension (as provided under the current agreement between Hidalgo County and Thyssen Krupp in connection with maintenance and repairs of elevators so as to have no lapse in services while procurement process is completed;

B.  Recommendation to reject the sole bid response received for: "Hidalgo County Facilities Management-Maintenance & Repairs for Elevators located in County Owned Buildings" through-RFB No. 2010-038-02-24-MEG;

C.  Authority to re-advertise for: "Hidalgo County Facilities Management-Maintenance & Repairs for Elevators located in County Owned Buildings" inasmuch as specifications and requirements will be modified.
