Pursuant to the provisions of various engineering services contracts, requesting approval of  Supplemental Agreements with the following firms:
 
A. Supplemental Agreement # 1-extending contract #C-CAP-08-029A-10-28-effective 10-28-08 between Hidalgo County and R. Gutierrez Engineering through the completion of all phases of improvements in Hidalgo County Colonias approved by the State of Texas under the Third Call of Proposition Three funding;
 
B. Supplemental Agreement # 2-extending contract #C-CAP-08-029B-11-12-effective date 11-12-08 between Hidalgo County and DOS Logistics, Inc. through the completion of all phases of improvements in Hidalgo County Colonias approved by the State of Texas under the Third Call of Proposition Three funding;
 
C. Supplemental Agreement # 1-extending contract #C-CAP-08-029C-11-25-effective 11-25-08 between Hidalgo County and Izaguirre Engineering Group, LLC through the completion of all phases of improvements in Hidalgo County Colonias approved by the State of Texas under the Third Call of Proposition Three funding;
 
D. Supplemental Agreement # 1-extending contract #C-CAP-09-338-08-25 between Hidalgo County and SAMES Inc. effective August 25, 2009 through the completion of all phases of improvements in Hidalgo County Colonias approved by the State of Texas under the Third Call of Proposition Three funding.
