Presentation for discussion, consideration, acceptance and approval of an additional procurement option recommended and supported by (DA, Purchasing, Budget and Executive Officer) in connection with the County's current program for Autopsy, Facility for Autopsy and Transport Services:
a. Authority to advertise/publish a Request for Qualifications (an RFQ) with approval of procurement packet (i.e. requirements, legal notices & draft contract including a proposed five year initial term) as attached hereto for: "Pathologist to Provide Turnkey Solution for Autopsy & Related Services-Hidalgo County"-RFQ No. 2010-002-00-00-otm; and, if applicable;
b. Continue with or cancel the following authorized project for publication: Facility to Conduct Autopsies and Related Services by County's contracted pathologist.
