Requesting authority to enter into a 36-month lease through Hidalgo County’s membership with TPASS for two digital copier printers through Xerox Corporation an awarded vendor through TPASS contract 985-L2 in the amount of $1,184.04/month lease payment including maintenance plan with consumables for two copiers.

The Urban County Program currently uses the services of Dahill Industries for one printer owned by the program. The cost of toner for our existing printer has been extremely high. By leasing this equipment, (2 printers) the toner for existing printer becomes a part of the leasing contract for new printers and includes a substantial increase in the number of copies and at a lower price.
