Urban County Program for the City of San Juan is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a Construction Contract with Del Sol Homes for the Sidewalk Improvements in the City of San Juan in the amount of $59,300.00 utilizing Urban County Program Year 22 (2009), Sidewalk funds.
BACKGROUND
Bid opening was held March 10,2010 and the lowest bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Del Sol Homes. The project involves sidewalk construction in the City of San Juan. (See attached recommendation by the project engineer and city). (Project Engineer: Javier Hinojosa Engineering)

Funds Available: $117,250.00 Year 22 (2009) San Juan Sidewalk Improvement Fund.
