Approval to appoint two (2) County Commissioners’ Court members and two (2) County Commissioners’ Court alternates to the Hidalgo County Urban County Advisory Board.
BACKGROUND
According to the approved By-laws in Section 2.6., The two (2) county representatives and 2 alternates shall be selected by resolution approved by the Hidalgo County Commissioners’ Court. Each representative from Commissioners’ Court shall be an elected official and have one (1) vote.
