Presentation of the scoring grid for the purpose of ranking by CC of at least three (3)material testing service firms from the County’s approved “pool” as graded and evaluated by Urban County Program and Hidalgo County Purchasing Department and the City of Edcouch in connection with an Urban County Program Water & Sewer Improvements Project in the city of Edcouch within Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 area.

3. Authority to negotiate a material testing service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of _____________for the provision of material testing services for a Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 Water & Sewer Improvements project in Edcouch.

The City of Edcouch, Urban County Program and the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department have evaluated and graded three material testing firms from the County’s approved “pool”.  Raba Kistner Consultants, Inc., L & G Engineering Laboratory, LLC, and Terracon Consultants, Inc. were the three firms. The Water/Sewer Improvements Project includes the testing of the pond liners at the Edcouch sewer plant to determine if they meet minimal requirements on seepage control as imposed by TPDES.
