BACKGROUND
Javier Hinojosa Engineering has submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services for the Drainage Improvement Project to International Village Subdivision within Precinct #3. Javier Hinojosa Engineering was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court. Contract approval in the amount of $42,714.00. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
