Javier Hinojosa Engineering has submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services for the 2009 City of Alton - Street Improvements Project. Javier Hinojosa Engineering was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court. Contract approval in the amount of $15,100.00.
