BACKGROUND
Precinct No. 3 has negotiated a contract with Javier Hinojosa Engineering for the UCP Year 22 (2009) Street Improvement project at 2 Mile from FM492 to La Homa Road. Authority to negotiate with Javier Hinojosa Engineering was approved in Hidalgo County Commissioners’ Court on April 13, 2010.
