BACKGROUND
Quintanilla, Headley and Associates, Inc. has submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services for the Water/Sewer Improvements Project - Colonia Match to Trenton Terrace within Precinct No. 4. Quintanilla, Headley and Associates, Inc. was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner's Court. Contract approval in the amount of $16,000.00. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
