BACKGROUND
The County of Hidalgo was eligible to receive $547,633 in additional funds bringing the county total allocation to $5,547,633 for non-housing projects that were affected by Hurricane Dolly. The projects to be funded either failed to function as designed or were damaged by Hurricane Dolly. The additional funding was allocated to Precinct No. 1 and Precinct No. 3.
