a. Requesting authority to reject unopened bids received (and to be returned to submitting vendors) for "Emergency Ambulance Services in Unincorporated Areas within Precinct 3" due to a modifications to current specifications as requested by Precinct 3; 

b. Requesting ratification of first publication of new advertisement with authority to continue with publication of second ad including approval of modified/revised procurement packet (i.e. specifications/requirements, legal notice, draft Service Contract, etc.,) as attached hereto for: Hidalgo County - "Emergency Ambulance Services in Unincorporated Areas within Precinct 3".
