Requesting approval to exercise the County's sole discretion to renew/extend final year option, as provided in Contract No. C-09-233-08-04, with Hollis Rutledge & Associates, Inc. for Professional Consulting Services To Seek Funding And Assistance Through Federal, State, Private Sector(s) And Other Sources for Sheriff's Office Project(s) in connection to the following specific tasks:
1) Construction of a Second Substation;
2) New Communication System;
3) Implementation of Fixed & Remote Surveillance System For Hidalgo County; and,
4) Others as may be developed by Sheriff's Office.
