The City of Peñitas requests approval from Hidalgo County Commissioners' Court to reject all bids submitted and re-advertise for the UCP YR 21 (2008) City of Peñitas Street Improvements project at Barcelona and Espanola Heights.
BACKGROUND
Upon determination made by the Peñitas City Council, the project will be re-advertised due to the lack of adequate bid participation received because of Hurricane Alex.
