Urban County Program is requesting approval of a program amendment for the City of San Juan, Urban County Program Year 19 (2006) and Year 21 (2008). The amendment will create a Water & Sewer Improvements activity for the installation of waterlines and fire hydrants.

A Public Hearing was held on August 10, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. and citizen participation requirements have been met.  Please see the attached detailed amendment.  The proposed program amendment will not affect the original budget amount.

The proposed program amendment will: 
* Delete the installation of sewer lines and related appurtenances on Morelos Street, Antelope Street, Alameda Street, Athol Street, and Carroll Drive. 
* Create a Water and Sewer activity that will include the installation of waterlines and fire hydrants to the following alleyways: between 6th and 7th (from Standard to Nebraska), between Lincoln and Nebraska (from 6th to 12th Street), between 11th and 12th (from Standard to Nebraska), between Standard and Lincoln (from 10th to 12th Street), and Oblate Street (from Alameda Street to Athol Street).
