BACKGROUND
UCP is requesting approval to closeout the 2004 ORCA EDAP Project Contract # 724205. The contract with ASAGO L.L.C. for sanitary sewer yard line connections and septic tanks remediation for 15 colonias in the City of Mission’s ETJ area in Pct. # 3 has been completed. Attached please find a copy of the Project Completion Report and the Certificate of Completion for your review.
