Requesting approval of award of bid for TDRA 2010 Colonia Construction Grant #729055 and approval of contract with O.G. Construction Co., LLC of Edinburg, Texas (the lowest and responsible bidder meeting all specifications and requirements) in the amount of $103,496.00 for first time sewer improvements to include yard lines and septic tank remediation to Trenton Terrace located in the City of Edinburg’s ETJ area in Pct. #4.
BACKGROUND
The project consists of first time sewer improvements including sewer service yard lines, septic tank remediations and related appurtenances to fourteen (14) homes in Trenton Terrace located in the City of Edinburg’s ETJ area in Pct. # 4. Bid opening was held on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 and O.G. Construction Co., LLC was the lowest of four (4) bidders.
