a.  Request from DA's Office for Commissioners Court to assign/designate the current area/space occupied by the "Hot Check" division upon it's relocation to the Administration Building (100 E. Cano-Edinburg, Tx) to the District Attorney;

b.  Status report (as requested by CC on 9-14-10) by Richard Sunday, Facilites Management, on the current on-going renovations to the third floor of the Adm. Bldg.;

c.  Status report by project architect, Alcocer/Garcia Associates, Inc. on the (Renovation of First and Second Floors including South wing of Adm. Bldg.-100 E. Cano, Edinburg, Tx) plans and specifications of the project, with applicable action/approval including, but not limited to the following:

     1.  Proceed to advertise the project with the current approved plans/specifications;
     2.  Approval to add renovation of current area occupied by County Judge and staff;
     3.  Other related issues
