BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County must submit a Storm Water Management Plan to TCEQ. A proposed Storm Water Management Plan for the county will be presented to Commissioners' Court. Court may opt to adopt the proposed plan, or join Hidalgo County Drainage District #1 and partners and submit/follow their Storm Water Management Plan.
