Request approval to declare surplus equipment for the purpose of disposition and thus clear inventory list.

BACKGROUND

The Urban County Program wishes to have the items listed on Exhibit “A” and Exhibit “B”
declared surplus and removed from inventory list.  Assets listed on Exhibit “A” are items that
are inoperable and or outdated. These items will be transferred to the County’s surplus. Exhibit “B”
assets are items that were previously donated and or left behind at the Administration Building.
