Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Weslaco is requesting authority to utilize and purchase services from the Hidalgo County’s membership and participation with TPSS-DIR approved vendor Calence Insight Networking Solutions (contract #DIR-SDD-1460) in the amount of $7,000.00 (quote attached hereto) as requested by the City of Weslaco for a Public Service (General) Project.
BACKGROUND
Calence Insight Networking Solutions is an approved vendor through the TPSS-DIR, Contract #DIR-SDD-1460 who will provide all materials and installation of fiber optic cabling drops for the library to operate through the main network. Delivery and installation is expected within 30 days from receipt of purchase order. Weslaco- UCP Year 23 (2010) Public Services (General) funds will be utilized.
