a.  Pursuant to AIA Document 141-1997, Part 1-Standard form of Agreement between Hidalgo County and Gignac & Associates, LLP, specifically Article 1.1.3.1-Owner's Designated Representative currently named:  Commissioners Court and Sheriff's Office, a request by the Sheriff's Office to amend said agreement by selecting an "Owner's Designated Representative" from the County approved pool of Architect's and thus replacing both CC and SO in said article;
