a.  Presentation of the approved Hidalgo County Professional Pool of Architects for the purpose of nominating at least three firms (in order to score, evaluate, rank, negotiate and engage an architect) in connection with the design and  construction of an additional administration building to house various county elected offices, departments, programs or agencies including, but not limited to, those currently occupying the leased building known as the Mediplex; or, in the alternative,

b.  Authority to advertise a Request for Qualifications as a project specific engagement for the design and construction of an additional admininstration building to house various elected offices, departments, programs and agencies including, but not limited to, those currently occupying the leased building known as Mediplex.
