Request by CC member for Hidalgo County to exercise it's option to terminate (under paragraph 7 Termination of Agreement) the current awarded agreement with TEDSI Infrastructure Group, Inc. contracted for, "On Call Project-MPO and HCRMA, Traffic Studies, Etc. " by providing a ten (10) days written notice of termination.

b. Presentation of the approved Hidalgo County Professional Pool of Engineers for the purpose of nominating at least three firms (in order to score, evaluate, rank, negotiate and engage an engineer) in connection with the "On-Call Project-MPO and HCRMA, Traffic Studies, Etc.";
