a. Status of contract negotiations with number ___ ranked firm of Alcocer-Garcia-Associates in connection with the design and construction of a New Constable Offices to be constructed on property available at current Precinct #1 Office Complex;
b. Acceptance and approval of negotiated contract (AIA form of Agreement between County and Architect) for the design and construction of a New Constable Offices for Precinct #1 with the number one ranked firm of Alcocer-Garcia-Associates; or, in the alternative;
c. Authority to cease negotiations with the number one ranked firm and proceed to commence negotiations with the number two ranked firm of Rike-Ogden-Figueroa-Allex Architects.
