The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Edcouch, is requesting approval and award of best and final negotiated contract with Guzman & Muñoz Engineering and Surveying, Inc. in the amount of $21,090.00 utilizing CDBG Year 22 (2009) for the City of Edcouch – Street Improvements.

BACKGROUND

Guzman & Muñoz Engineering and Surveying, Inc. submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services for the 2009 City of Edcouch - Street Improvements Project.  Guzman & Muñoz Engineering and Surveying, Inc. was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court.  Contract approval in the amount of $21,090.00.  See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
