Requesting approval of a Budget and Program Amendment for the City of La Villa’s Year 22 (2009) Urban County Program work plan. The proposed amendment will increase the Water/Sewer line item by $13,011.00 and will delete the Youth Services line item/activity.
BACKGROUND
The proposed Budget and Program Amendment for the City of La Villa will increase funding to the Water/Sewer Activity. A Public Hearing was held on December 8, 2010 at 6:00 pm., and citizen participation requirements have been met. See attached detailed amendment.
The proposed City of La Villa Year 22 (2009) Amendment will:
* increase the Water/Sewer line item by $13,011.00 for the continuation of funding without affecting the original work plan.
* delete the Youth Services line item/activity.
