Requesting authorization and clarification that pull mower Model JD HX15 Rot Cut 540 Pull Type as approved by Commissioners Court on 09/07/2010 AI--22788 under PO #646136 be replaced/substituted for a CX15- 10 Ft. Flex-Wing Rotary Cutter-540 RPM with no budgetary impact. Item has not yet been inventoried therefore Fixed Asset #51902 will be utilized for CX15- 10 Ft. Flex-Wing Rotary Cutter-540 RPM.
BACKGROUND
As requested by Commissioner Joel Quintanilla; upon staff receiving equipment notice was made that pull mower purchase by previous administration will not be appropriate for proposed projects; therefore it is the recommendation of staff that original pull mower Model #HX15 Rot Cut 540 Pull Type be replaced by a John Deere CX15-10Ft Flex Wing Rotary Cutter-540 Rpm with Stump Jumpers- Single suction blades- 5 Wheels. Change will have not budgetary impact and has not yet been inventorized; therefore assigned Fixed Asset #51902 will remain.
