BACKGROUND
Quintanilla, Headley and Associates, Inc. submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services which includes surveying of 6 parcels of land for acquisition for the 2010 City of Edcouch – Flood Drainage Improvements Project. Quintanilla, Headley and Associates, Inc. was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioners' Court. Contract approval in the amount of $31,140.00.
