CAPTION

1.  Authorization and Approval for both the offices of Sheriff and District Attorney to apply
for the FY2012-2013 Victim Coordinator and Liaison Grant (VCLG) with the Office of the Attorney General.
2.  Approval of Statements Supporting Submission of the Application to OAG Crime Victim Services Division (Attachment A) and Resolution (Attachment B).  Both documents are required for each office.  

BACKGROUND

The grant contract period is for two (2) years (September 01, 2011 to August 31, 2013).

Maximum amount of funding is $84,000.00 for the two (2) year period for each office.  ($42,000.00 for each grant fiscal year.)
