Urban County Program on behalf of Hidalgo County Precinct No. 2, is requesting authority to purchase mail boxes material (total of 55 mail boxes) for the residents at the El Charro No. 2 Subdivision – Inca Drive. Purchase will be made from Home Depot (contract # 05091) an approved vendor through Hidalgo County’s membership and participation with Cooperatives vendor’s list. The total amount of the purchase is $1,791.78 (quotes attached), as requested by the Hidalgo County Precinct No. 2 for the El Charro No. 2 Subdivision – Inca Drive utilizing UCP FY 21 (2008) Street Improvements line item.
BACKGROUND
The mail boxes material (total of 55 mail boxes) purchased will be installed for the residents at the El Charro No. 2 Subdivision – Inca Drive located in the Precinct No. 2 area.
